1. Overview

By purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Midstate Illinois Roleplay is a community-driven FiveM roleplay server providing virtual entertainment services and is operated as a virtual gaming community under Nato Gaming Community, LLC.

All purchases are voluntary contributions used to support server development, hosting, and ongoing community operations.

All payments are securely processed through Tebex, our official digital store and payment provider.

2. Nature of Digital Goods

All purchases are for virtual digital goods and services only.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cosmetic items and customization options 
  • Subscription-based content access 
  • Vehicle access packs
  • Queue priority systems 
  • In-game progression convenience services or credits 
  • Custom content request services (such as vehicles or MLOs) 

  • Community supporter recognition perks 

All digital goods are provided as a revocable, non-transferable license for use within Midstate Illinois Roleplay only.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No real-world monetary value is associated with in-game goods 
  • No ownership of any digital content, assets, or systems is transferred 
  • All content remains the property and control of Midstate Illinois Roleplay 
  • Access is granted only while entitlement conditions remain active 
  • Some products may be time-based or subscription-based unless explicitly stated otherwise 
  • Digital goods are licensed for use only within Midstate Illinois Roleplay and do not confer ownership, resale rights, or real-world value

3. Entitlement System & Delivery Model

All supporter perks and purchased content are delivered as system-controlled entitlements managed through Tebex and Discord role assignment systems.

Entitlements may include, but are not limited to:

  • Vehicle access packs
  • Cosmetic unlocks (clothing, emotes, engine sounds, etc.)
  • Queue priority systems
  • In-game progression convenience services or credits
  • Custom content request access
  • Community supporter recognition perks

Delivery is considered complete once the entitlement has been successfully assigned to the associated Discord account or user identity via Tebex integration, regardless of in-game synchronization timing.

A purchase is considered fully delivered once the entitlement has been assigned within the Tebex and Discord integration systems associated with the purchaser’s linked account.

  • In-game synchronization delays, caching delays, or manual refresh requirements (including use of /refreshperms or reconnection to the server) do not constitute non-delivery of purchased entitlements.
  • Players are responsible for ensuring their Discord account is correctly linked to Tebex to receive entitlements.
  • Supporter perks and entitlements require continued access to the official Midstate Illinois Roleplay Discord server.
  • If a user leaves, is removed, or otherwise loses access to the Discord server, supporter-related perks may be paused or revoked after a reasonable grace period to allow for account recovery, review, or resynchronization.
  • For operational consistency, grace periods referenced in these Terms typically do not exceed 72 hours unless otherwise required for technical, administrative, or security review purposes.
    • This requirement exists due to the dependency of entitlement systems on Discord-based identity linking and does not affect any legitimate in-game progression, characters, or purchased assets.

4. Technical Synchronization & Delivery Notice

In some cases, Discord role updates and in-game permissions may not apply instantly following entitlement changes.

Due to system processing, caching, and synchronization intervals, players should allow time for changes to fully propagate across Discord and the game server.

If permissions do not appear immediately, players may:

  • Use the in-game command /refreshperms, and/or 
  • Reconnect to the server to force an update of permissions.

Please note that both Discord role assignment and in-game permission syncing may experience short delays. This is a normal system synchronization process and does not constitute a failure to deliver the purchased entitlement.

5. Subscription Terms

If you purchase a recurring subscription:

  • Payments are billed on a recurring cycle based on the original purchase date
  • Subscription billing operates on a recurring cycle and is not tied to calendar months
  • Each payment is considered prepaid for the current billing period
  • Subscription benefits are provided for the duration of an active and successfully processed billing period
  • All billing intervals and renewal information are displayed during checkout via Tebex prior to purchase
  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via Tebex or your payment confirmation email
  • Cancellation prevents future billing cycles but does not retroactively refund past payments

If a user purchases multiple supporter subscriptions or upgrades between tiers, only the highest active entitlement level will determine active benefits.

It is the user’s responsibility to manage active subscriptions through Tebex. Duplicate or overlapping subscriptions do not guarantee cumulative or additional benefits beyond the highest applicable tier.

No refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period.

Subscription access is tied to active payment status and may be removed upon expiration or cancellation.

Supporter tier benefits may be expanded, adjusted, rotated, or enhanced over time as Midstate Illinois Roleplay continues to grow and evolve. Such changes are intended to improve the supporter experience and maintain long-term server sustainability. Core supporter hierarchy and queue priority structure will remain aligned with the applicable supporter tier.

6. Vehicle Access Packs

  • Vehicle access packs provide temporary access rights to designated in-game vehicles while the associated entitlement is active.
  • While active, players may spawn and use included vehicles. These vehicles remain obtainable through standard in-game systems unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Upon subscription expiration or cancellation, access to vehicle pack content will be removed.
  • Vehicle packs are designed as access-based convenience systems and not exclusive ownership content.

7. Cosmetic Systems

Cosmetic items such as clothing, emotes, and engine sound modifications are provided as non-gameplay-impacting enhancements.

These systems:

  • Do not affect player performance or economic advantage 
  • Are tied to active entitlements where applicable 
  • May be added, modified, or removed as part of server updates

8. In-Game Economy & Queue Systems

Certain systems may provide convenience-based progression assistance or alternative methods of interacting with in-game systems.

Queue priority benefits provide relative priority positioning within the server queue system and do not guarantee instant access, bypass of queues, or exemption from server capacity limits, maintenance periods, or emergency restrictions.

Queue times may still vary depending on server population, demand, and operational conditions.

These services:

  • Do not grant exclusive access to content
  • Do not provide competitive gameplay advantages
  • Do not replace standard in-game progression systems
  • Are designed solely as optional convenience features

All in-game content remains fully obtainable through normal gameplay.

9. Custom Content Request Services

Certain offerings, including vehicle imports and MLO requests, are classified as custom content request services.

These services:

  • Require staff and development approval prior to implementation 
  • Are considered development requests and not guaranteed deliverables or immediate products 
  • Are not guaranteed upon purchase 
  • May be rejected for technical, balance, or server integrity reasons 
  • Are subject to development scheduling and feasibility 

Approved content becomes part of the Midstate Illinois Roleplay server environment and is managed as server-controlled digital assets.

10. Server Authority & Entitlement Control

Midstate Illinois Roleplay reserves the right to manage, modify, or revoke digital entitlements where necessary for server integrity, enforcement, technical operation, or compliance reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription expiration or cancellation
  • Payment failure or chargeback
  • Violation of server rules or community standards
  • Technical balancing or system updates
  • Server maintenance or restructuring
  • Loss of required Discord access after grace period

Adjustments to supporter benefits will not retroactively remove core benefits from an active, fully paid billing period unless required for technical, security, enforcement, or balance reasons.

All entitlements are system-controlled and subject to administrative oversight.

11. Account Linking Responsibility

Players are responsible for:

  • Ensuring their Discord account is correctly linked to Tebex 
  • Maintaining access to their Discord and game accounts 
  • Providing accurate account information when required 

Failure to properly link accounts may delay or prevent entitlement delivery.

12. Support & Transaction Verification

Players are encouraged to retain their Tebex transaction ID for support purposes, as it may be required to verify and locate purchases in the event of a support request.

Support requests without sufficient purchase information may experience delays in processing.

13. Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or Tebex policy.

Refund requests may be denied for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Digital goods already delivered or assigned 
  • Subscription benefits already accessed 
  • Change of mind or lack of usage 
  • Violation of server rules 
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes 

Chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate removal of all entitlements 
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases 
  • Potential server enforcement actions, including bans

14. Service Availability & Changes

Midstate Illinois Roleplay reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature, system, or entitlement without prior notice.

Temporary downtime, maintenance, or server unavailability does not qualify for refunds or compensation.

15. Pricing & Store Changes

Midstate Illinois Roleplay reserves the right to modify, update, or adjust pricing for subscriptions, digital goods, and store offerings at any time without prior notice.

Price changes will not affect:

  • Active subscriptions already purchased for their current billing period 
  • Entitlements already delivered or assigned 

Future billing cycles may reflect updated pricing at the time of renewal or purchase.

It is the responsibility of the user to review current pricing before completing a purchase.

16. One-Time Contributions

One-Time contributions are voluntary payments made to support the ongoing operation and development of Midstate Illinois Roleplay.

These contributions do not constitute a purchase of goods, services, or entitlements, and are not tied to any in-game, Discord, or gameplay benefits.

These contributions:

  • Do not grant any in-game perks, items, or advantages
  • Do not represent a purchase of goods or services
  • Are non-refundable except where required by law

17. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All goods are virtual and non-physical 
  • All entitlements are system-controlled and revocable 
  • Access is conditional and not permanent ownership 
  • The server may modify systems at any time for balance or operational needs 
  • You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full 

Continued use of Midstate Illinois Roleplay constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

18. Terms Updates

Midstate Illinois Roleplay reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Changes may be made for operational, technical, legal, or community reasons.
  • Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively affect completed transactions.
  • Continued use of the server and/or purchases after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • It is the responsibility of the user to review the Terms periodically.
