Subscription Cancellation Policy

All supporter subscriptions for Midstate Illinois Roleplay are managed securely through Tebex.

If you wish to cancel your recurring subscription, you may do so at any time by:

• Using the cancellation option available through your Tebex payment portal or confirmation email
• Or by submitting a support ticket through our Discord or website support system

Please note:

• Cancelling a subscription will stop future recurring payments
• Access to supporter perks and benefits may be removed once the current billing period ends
• No player data, characters, vehicles, or earned in-game progression will be deleted due to a cancelled subscription
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Tebex policies and server administration discretion

If you experience any issues managing your subscription, please contact staff through an official support ticket and we will assist you as soon as possible.
